FUIB has opened a branch of a new format in Kherson
The new branch of FUIB in Kherson does not provide cash services to clients in the usual format. The possibility to repay loans and to deposit cash to an account is implemented by means of self-service terminals (SST).
The branch is equipped with a self-service area with tablets providing access to “PUMB online”. Customers can on their own pay utility bills, transfer money, buy railway tickets, make or replenish a deposit, order a new card for the account etc. Branch managers help the client to understand how to manage their products in remote channels in FUIB on their own and how to use the online services.
The new “mini-branch” format means a not large area and location in close vicinity to the main branch of FUIB, which may be the only one in the city, or rather loaded. In particular, the new branch is located 300 meters from the FUIB No. 1 in Kherson. The new format can also be used to extend the network of FUIB in townships with population over 50 thousand people.
"Thanks to the focus on teaching customers to use online banking and on active consultation, the new format branch in Kherson will allow to reduce the load on the branches of FUIB in the vicinity. In addition, we expect an increase in the percentage of customers, preferring online services and online payments in the departments concerning the same operations. In general, clients can receive remotely via Internet banking about 70% of services of FUIB", - noted Nataliya Kosenko, Deputy Chairman of the Board on development of the network of FUIB.
As previously reported, the first branch in the framework of such a service model, directed to increase use of online services, FUIB opened in December 2015 in Kyiv on Khreshchatyk St. In thisbranch, for the first time in FUIB, was organized a self-service area and managers focus on active consultation over tablets and laptops for independent work of clients.
