Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) recently priced a new offering of Structured Pass-Through Certificates (K Certificates) backed by floating-rate multifamily mortgages with 7-year terms. The approximately \\$1.3 billion in K Certificates (K-F15 Certificates) are expected to settle on or about April 25, 2016.

The K-F15 Certificates will not be rated, and include one senior principal and interest class and one senior interest only class.
