OREANDA-NEWS. April 13, 2016. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn Lohnbach Investments Partners' (Lohnbach) German Commercial Special Servicer Rating of 'CSS2'.

The rating withdrawal follows Lohnbach's decision to stop participating in the rating process. As a result, Fitch will no longer have sufficient information to maintain the rating.

Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage of Lohnbach.
