OREANDA-NEWS.  Annie Krist (CEO of Gasunie Transport Services B.V.) and Ulco Vermeulen (Director of Participations & Business Development) will join the Executive Board of N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie as ‘titular members’ as of 1 May 2016. This was announced by the Dutch gas infrastructure company today. The Dutch Minister of Finance, the sole shareholder of the state-owned company, and the Supervisory Board have approved the appointments. This means that Gasunie’s Executive Board will consist of four people. Besides Krist and Vermeulen, it consists of Han Fennema (CEO) and René Oudejans (CFO), who are both statutory members of the Executive Board.
