Ai Karaauyl (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE that on "April 6, 2016 as a result of a stock exchange transaction shareholder IDK Investment LLP acquired 32.6867% of shares in Ai Karaauyl from other shareholders, increasing its stake from 57.5973% to 90.284%".
