Specifically engineered for the global wheel loader market, Spicer TZL Series powershift transmissions are designed to enhance productivity, extend equipment life, and offer improved fuel efficiency that helps manufacturers meet regional emissions regulations. The Spicer TZL18 transmission used on the Sany SW405K wheel loader is equipped with next-generation electronic controls to deliver continuous system monitoring, automatic shifting, advanced inching capability, and other advanced features.
Spicer 37R axles have been re-engineered and upgraded to offer the same performance as previous versions while reducing axle weight by up to 25 percent. With the planetary and wet disc brakes positioned inboard, Spicer 37R axles feature a modular design and a differential carrier with Posi-Torq™ and Hydra-Lok™ options that include high-integrity sealings.
