OREANDA-NEWS. National company KazMunayGaz (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated April 1, 2016 according to which:  

- the National Bank took note of non-placement of National company KazMunayGaz shares in the period from September 15, 2015 to March 14, 2016;

- as of March 14, 2016 265,352,131 ordinary shares of the company remained unplaced.
