OREANDA-NEWS. Management of IDGC of Centre, PJSC held a meeting with analysts of banks and investment companies, dedicated to the results of work in 2015 and forecasts for 2016. At the event IDGC of Centre was represented by Deputy General Director for Economy and Finance Sergey Rumyantsev, Chief Accountant Lyudmila Sklyarova, Deputy General Director for Investment Dmitry Sklyarov, Deputy General Director for Corporate Governance Sergey Sharapov, Director of Corporate Governance Olga Kharchenko, Head of IR Division of PJSC "Rosseti" Maria Stepanova.

During the meeting with members of the investment community IDGC of Centre’s representatives commented on the operational and financial results of the company over the past year. IDGC of Centre completed the year of 2015 with the following results according to IFRS: consolidated revenue for the period amounted to 80,8 bln RUB, including from electric energy transmission — 77,7 bln RUB, from grid connections — 1,2 bln RUB and other revenue — 1,9 bln RUB. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 15,2 bln RUB. Profit for the period increased by 4,2 bln RUB and amounted to 0,9 bln RUB. The market share for electric energy transmission for required gross revenue in the regions of its service area was 86% following the results of 2015, and the grid connection market share reached 88,5%.

The company has been steadily fulfilling its main task – to provide reliable and quality power supply to consumers. Because of the professional and well-coordinated work of all employees of the company the performance of internal quality control and reliability of provision of services to consumers constantly improves, such as the System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI) and the System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI).

Analysts were presented with forecast of the company’s results for 2016 and the medium term. According to calculations of the company’s specialists IDGC of Centre’s planned revenue for electric energy transmission services within the approved Business Plan for 2016 is projected at 8,2% higher than the actual figure in 2015, which is due to growth in the average tariff for electric energy transmission services. The Business Plan for 2016 reflects guidance of the company’s operations during the current economic situation. At the same time the company’s management will make every effort to improve the predicted results.
