Apranga Group launches online sales in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia
OREANDA-NEWS. The leader of retail apparel market in Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga Group acting in accordance with the contracts signed with the world’s leading fashion retailer Inditex is inaugurating online sales in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Zara online store was opened on 6th of April, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Zara Home, Uterque and Oysho online stores were opened on 7th of April.
Online sales in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia bring two more new Inditex brands - Oysho and Uterq?e, which are not traded in physical stores.
Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius and Zara Home, which already have physical stores, will sell the same products online as at exactly the same prices. Customers may choose home delivery (standard or express) and to get delivery for free if the purchase is picked up in the store. To return unwanted items customers may send items directly from home and stores free of charge.
The collaboration between Apranga Group and Inditex has started in 2004. Currently Apranga Group runs 42 stores of Inditex chain: 11 Zara, 8 Bershka, 8 Pull and Bear, 6 Stradivarius, 8 Massimo Dutti and 1 Zara Home. The total area of these stores is 33.6 thousand sq. m.
The net sales of Inditex Group were EUR 20.9 billion in 2015, and have increased by 15.4% during the year. There were 7 013 “Inditex” group stores opened in 88 countries of the world on 31 January 2016, 908 of which were operated under franchise agreements. The turnover of franchise stores comprised 15% of the total “Inditex” group’s turnover.
Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
