Eaton to Discuss Improved Electrical Metering, Monitoring and Efficiency at 2016 EnergySMART Conference in Washington, D.C. from April 4 through 7
“According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, commercial and industrial buildings in the U.S. are responsible for more than $200 billion in annual energy costs and create nearly 50 percent of our nation’s greenhouse gas emissions,” said John Stampfel, vice president and general manager, Electrical Engineering Services and Systems Division, Eaton. “At the conference, Eaton will discuss how healthcare, commercial, industrial, data center and other enterprise organizations can reduce their energy bills and emissions by collecting and analyzing facility data, and applying solutions that manage and reduce energy consumption.”
Stampfel will serve as a panelist during a session titled, “Achieve Maximum Impact when Deploying New Technologies.” The session will take place on Tuesday, April 5 from 2:20 to 3 p.m. At Eaton, Stampfel leads one of the largest and most experienced teams of power system engineers in the industry.
From 12:20 to 12:35 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, Eaton’s Harold Ruckpaul will provide an overview of three successful energy management programs with major commercial and industrial customers. Ruckpaul is a business leader for Eaton’s Electrical Engineering Services and Systems Division.
