Sberbank has launched its mobile application service which does not have analogs in the Internet banking of Kazakhstan. The new service is called "Inquiry of money".

The new service of Sberbank Online allows a bank customer to quickly and easily borrow money from other users of the mobile application. To use this service, it is necessary to go to the tab “Borrow”, choose from the address book the person from whom it is planned to borrow money and enter the required amount. It is also possible to write a message indicating the amount and date of debt return, which the addressee will receive in the form of SMS. Further, it is necessary to log in the mobile application, click the inquiry, then the amount and details for transfer will appear. The transfer should be confirmed byone-time password. The service is equipped with the smart address book that allows selecting a number of the person directly from the phone address book (if the addressee is a customer of Sberbank).

On the day of money refund, a customer will receive the SMS notice with the indication of debt amount. To make a transfer it is necessary to log in the mobile application, press the button “Debt return”, and confirm the amount and details of recipient. Also, by means of Sberbank Online new service it is possible to organize a collective whip-round, such as a gift to a colleague.

The inquiry scheme at collective whip-round is the same, as well as at inquiryof money at one addressee.
