Latvenergo AS publishes the Final Terms under the Second Programme for the Issuance of Notes
OREANDA-NEWS. Latvenergo AS publishes Final Terms of additional issue of the first Series of Notes dated 5 April 2016 relating to the issue of EUR 25,000,000 1.9 per cent. Notes due 10 June 2022. Bonds are rated Baa2, stable by Moody’s Investors Service. Latvenergo AS may decrease the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche during the placement period. Proceeds from the Notes will be used for financing and refinancing of Eligible Projects in accordance with Green Bond Framework, whereby the Center for International Climate and Environmental Research - Oslo has issued a second-party opinion regarding the suitability of the Notes as an investment in connection with certain environmental and sustainability criteria. The Notes are issued under the Second Programme for the Issuance of Notes in the amount of EUR 100,000,000.
Final Terms of Notes must be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus of the Second Programme for the issuance of the Notes of Latvenergo AS dated 25 May 2015.
