OREANDA-NEWS. Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant is the first Russian automaker, which opens online store for the sale of original spare parts and original accessories. For on-line orders it will be available to customers more than 2 thousand items of original spare parts and accessories for the whole range of UAZ with certificates of quality and warranty from the manufacturer. It is possible to make order through the Internet application since April 1st; the order can be from from any city of Russia.

It is offered for the customers of UAZ a simple and intuitive interface, easy sections, which greatly simplifies the search. Detailed catalog with quality photographs gives a clear picture of the product.

As part of the launch of the online store, when people make the first order, the clients will receive a discount of 5% of the value of the goods. During the work with clients it is provided an individual approach. Later UAZ plans to introduce a loyalty program for regular customers of online store.

Delivery of orders will be carried out throughout the territory of Russia from a central logistics complex of UAZ with area of more than 4 thousand square meters, located in the suburbs. Delivery of order in Moscow and the Moscow region will be 1 day.

Ordering is possible in two ways: on web site http://parts.uaz.ru/ after the registering in a personal account or over the phone call-center of UAZ online store 8800 100-00-62. For the convenience of customers it is established a separate call-center for ordering of spare parts and accessories, staff of which will be able to provide quickly the information about the range and to help with the selection.

As previously reported by "AUTOSTAT", for the first two months of 2016 Ulyanovsk plant sold in the Russian market 5029 units, which is more by 11% compared to the previous year. Locomotive of sales is still SUV UAZ "Patriot", the volume of sales of which was 2281 vehicles (+ 12.4%).
