OREANDA-NEWS. Analytic agency "AUTOSTAT" conducted a study of the prices of new passenger cars, which covered all the automakers, presented formally in the Russian market. According to a study, in the second half of March * the prices have changed at 10 brands.

Volvo has raised the prices of several models. In particular, the rise in price has touched S60 sedan (by 7,0 - 10,4%), S60 Cross Country sedan (by 8.3%), the XC60 crossover (by 6.1 - 8.0%), the estate car V60 Cross Country ( 7.1 - 8.6%) and the estate car V40 Cross Country (4.9 - 6.9%).

German BMW has raised the price of some of its models. The list of vehicles, for which the price was increased, includes, for example, the hatchback of 1 Series (by 2.3 - 7.2%) and a sedan of 7 Series (1.5 - 4.3%).

Japanese Nissan and Mitsubishi have raised the prices of individual models of 2016 model year. If the first brand increased the price of crossover X-Trail of 2016 model year (by 2.8 - 5.9%) then the second brand increased the prices of crossover Outlander (2.4 - 3.7%) and Pajero SUV (by 3.1 - 4.0%).

Chinese Haval raised prices for its whole model range. Depending on the model, an increase in the cost of off-road vehicles ranged from 5% to 9%.
