The audited result of AB Kauno Energija (hereinafter – the Company) (company code – 235014830) activities of the year 2015 is profit in amount of EUR 4,528 thousand, turnover from sales is EUR 61,252 thousand. The audited result of activities of the Group, which consists of AB Kauno Energija and its subsidiary UAB Kauno Energija NT (code – 303042623) of the year 2015 is profit in amount of EUR 4,509 thousand, turnover from sales is EUR 61,322 thousand. The former subsidiary UAB Pastat? Prie?i?ros Paslaugos (code – 300580563) was also a part of the Group until 7 September 2015, but it was removed from the Register of Legal Entities from that date.

EBITDA of the year 2015 is: Company’s – EUR 12,085 thousand (in 2014 – EUR 7,339 thousand), Group’s – EUR 12,083 thousand, (in 2014 – EUR 7,344 thousand).

After increase of effectiveness of activities in 2015 the Company significantly improved activities indicators: Company’s EBITDA increased (in comparison with the year 2014 – at 65 per cent) and net profit (in comparison with the year 2014 – at more than five times), expenditures of activities decreased (in comparison with the year 2014 – at 26 per cent).

Company’s audited profit of the year 2015, in comparison to non-audited profit of the year 2015 decreased by EUR 72 thousand due to the increase in expenditures of activities. Company’s audited turnover from sales of the year 2015, in comparison to non-audited turnover from sales of the year 2015 did not change.
