The Bank of Russia issued Ordinance No. 3934-U, dated 18 January 2016, ’On the Procedure for Submitting Inquiries and Receiving Information from the Central Catalogue of Credit Histories via Post Offices’ registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 18 March 2016 under No. 41450.
The document is a revision of Bank of Russia Ordinance No. 1821-U, dated 25 April 2007.
Ordinance No. 3934-U sets the procedure for submitting inquiries to the central catalogue of credit histories (CCCH) for information on the credit history bureau in charge of a credit history of a credit history maker and receiving information from the CCCH by credit history makers and receivers appointed for an insolvency (bankruptcy) case of an individual credit history maker via post offices.
The document envisages that receivers’ inquiries and responses from the CCCH to such inquires shall be submitted in the same manner as for individual credit history makers.
