Sberbank's Corporate Client Contact Centre Wins
OREANDA-NEWS. Sberbank's corporate client contact centre won two categories at the international competition Crystal Headset, organised by professional community Center Guru. Sberbank was recognised as having the "Best Online Customer Service Practices" and the "Best Presentation Practices". This year Sberbank participated in the competition with its tech partner - I-Teco Group.
Every year over 200 contenders from more than 100 contact centres from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and other countries take part in the competition.
"Sberbank has more than 1.2 million corporate clients and it is vital that the bank works with every one of them using the entire spectre of communication channels in order to provide maximum convenience. Today 82% of our corporate clients are satisfied with Sberbank's call centre services. This is higher than the average for the industry. The Crystal Headset is the industry's top award and we are delighted that our team's work has received this level of recognition from the expert community," commented Mikhail Malakhov, Director of Sberbank's Department for Developing Remote Service Channels.
