AMF Group JSC (Astana), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of March 10, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07D994 (KZ2C00001592, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", AKFIb3) of AMF Group JSC in the period from July 27, 2015 to January 26, 2016.

According to the letter provided, the mentioned bonds were not offered in the period under review. As of January 26, 2016, 2,270,000 bonds remained unplaced.
