OREANDA-NEWS. Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of the following:

"... based on a Resolution on imposing of administrative sanction for committing an administrative violation stipulated in sub-item 2 of item 3 of article 285 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (acceptance of payment documents in payment of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget, social payments, transfer of mandatory pension contributions and mandatory professional pension contributions with a wrong identification number), the Bank was imposed an administrative sanction in form of a penalty, to the amount of KZT63,630".
