OREANDA-NEWS. Bentley Company in this year will launch to the Russian market a luxury SUV Bentayga, through which it plans to double the sales of cars in our country. In an interview with the newspaper "Kommersant" a member of the board of directors on sales, marketing and after-sales service of Bentley Motors, Kevin Rose, said about it.

According to him, the dealers take pre-orders with a tentative start of production in August of 2016. Thus, the cars will be able to "drive" to their customers, probably in the autumn of 2016. At the moment the company Bentley has more than 300 pre-orders for the Bentayga in the Russian market.

According to the analytic agency "AUTOSTAT", sales of new luxury car brand Bentley were 208 units at the end of 2015, which is less by 7.6% than a year ago (225 units). We should note also that the share of Bentley is 18% of car market in Luxury segment, which, in contrast to the falling all-Russian market, shows an increase of more than twice.
