As it was noted, the dynamics of the fall compared to January fell by half. It was facilitated by a relatively low decline in production in February. In the last month of winter in the city it was produced 23400 cars that less only by 6% than in February of 2015.

The share of St. Petersburg car industry with respect to the all-Russian volume of production increased compared to the first month of the year and it was 22.7% in January-February (in January of 2016 - 21.7%).

In February, the car plants of St. Petersburg produced seven car models – they are Nissan Qashqai, Nissan X-Trail, Nissan Murano, Nissan Pathfinder, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Solaris and KIA Rio.
