UniCredit closed dual tranche bond transaction for Bulgaria
OREANDA-NEWS. March 25, 2016. UniCredit successfully closed a 1.994 billion dual tranche bond transaction for the Republic of Bulgaria. Having concluded this transaction, UniCredit is again amongst the leaders in the Sovereign CEE League table currently ranking second only to Citi and ahead of JPMorgan. This confirms the bank’s expertise and leading bookrunner position in CEE.
The deal represented the largest transaction out of CEEMEA this year and consisted of a EUR 1.144 billion 7-year and a EUR 850 million 12-year tranche.
