OREANDA-NEWS. VIA SMS Group board has decided to refinance the existing bond issue (ISIN LV0000801496) and make a new bond issue.

New bonds will be issued for EUR 6,300,000 on 3 years term with coupon 12.5% yearly. New bond issue maturity will be May 25, 2019

Today in March 24, 2016 VIA SMS Group has submitted documents to Latvian Central Depository for refinancing of existing bond issue and approve of new bond issue.
