OREANDA-NEWS. On March 20, ALROSA Supervisory Board considered by absent voting the matters related to the agenda of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Among others, the list of nominees for the new Supervisory Board to be elected following the results of the shareholders’ voting at the Annual General Meeting was approved. There are 18 nominees in the list, including:

– Mr. BARSUKOV, Sergey Vladimirovich – Director of Department, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;
– Mr. BORISOV, Yegor Afanasyevich – Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia);
– Mr. BRUK, Mikhail Lvovich – General Director, OJSC Corporation for the Development of South Yakutia, Independent Director (as an independent member of the Supervisory Board);
