Bank of Russia issued Bank of Russia Ordinance 3933-U, dated 18 January 2016, ‘On the Procedure for Disclosing and Listing Disclosed Information on Persons Controlling or Exerting Material Influence on a Legal Entity, a Non-credit Institution, Which Has the Right to Claim Debt Redemption under Loan Agreements Pursuant to Federal Law No. 422-FZ, Dated 30 December 2015, ’On the Specifics of Debt Redemption and Out-of-court Debt Settlement for Borrowers in the Republic of Crimea or in the Federal City of Sevastopol, and on Amending the Federal Law ’On Protecting Interests of Households Holding Deposits with Banks and Separate Business Units of Banks Registered and/or Operating in the Republic of Crimea or in the Federal City of Sevastopol’ registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on 15 March 2016, registration No. 41416 (hereinafter, Bank of Russia Ordinance 3933-U, dated 18 January 2016).

Bank of Russia Ordinance 3933-U, dated 18 January 2016, has been prepared due to the enactment of aforementioned Federal Law No. 422-FZ, Dated 30 December 2015 (hereinafter, Law No. 422-FZ).

Bank of Russia Ordinance 3933-U, dated 18 January 2016, establishes the procedure for disclosing and listing information disclosed to the general public about persons controlling or exerting material influence on a legal entity, a non-credit institution, which has the right to claim debt redemption under loan agreements pursuant to Law No.422-FZ.
