Ford Hungary Takes European Customer Service Title
OREANDA-NEWS. Ford Hungary has been crowned the best customer service provider within Ford of Europe for the second year in succession.
Hungary took the title based on customer feedback collected from 15 countries across Europe over a five month period. Austria and Norway were second and third respectively.
“With its new customer experience strategy launched last year, Ford is introducing a new customer experience in Hungary,” said Zsolt M?lik, customer service coordinator and head of the winning team.
“By opening 3 FordStores in Hungary, we have achieved an even higher standard of service provided for Ford customers. This prize is the fruit of fantastic team work and the honour belongs to all who have helped and will continue to help in providing quick and excellent service for customers contacting Ford Hungary.”
R?bert K?roly, Ford’s director in charge of parts and customer service in Hungary, said: “This prize is especially significant because it is based on feedback from customers who are usually contacting us with a problem of some sort. It shows our colleagues generally find successful remedies.”
