National Rating Agency has assigned its national scale 'A' credit rating to Keycroft Limited based on the RS3 support rating that reflects the probability of the company's support from VESPER Group. Keycroft Limited's stand-along credit rating is 'BBB+' on the national scale. The outlook for the rating is Stable. The company was assigned NRA's first-time 'A' credit rating on Apr. 15, 2013. The latest rating action on Keycroft Limited (the credit rating withdrawal due to expiry of the contract) was on Apr. 20, 2015.

Keycroft Limited was established in Cyprus on June 28, 2010. The Company is a division of VESPER Group that has a sizable portfolio of high-quality commercial properties in Moscow. Keycroft Limited is involved in a project to renovate a building located at 10/2/2-B Nickolskaya Ul, and subsequently use it as a residential apartment complex. For the purpose of this purpose, the company has set up a branch office in Moscow.
