OREANDA-NEWS. March 23, 2016. Union of Broadcasting Organisations Denmark (UBOD) and the International broadcasting multimedia platform of Ukraine signed a cooperation agreement. UBOD, which has 17 carriers, will recommend its members to include the international broadcasting TV channel UATV into their networks. The negotiations on specific regions and cities will be held in the near future.

In addition, the Israeli company the "Orbit" has already included in its package of digital television (IPTV) UATV; now there the Ukrainian broadcaster in digital quality is among more than 100 channels.

Note that the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Yurii Stets conducts regular meetings with ambassadors and representatives of international organizations with the aim to run the international broadcasting TV channel UATV around the world as quickly as possible, giving truthful and official news about Ukraine.

Recall that the launch of the International Broadcasting Multimedia Platform of Ukraine (IBMPU) was held on 1 October 2015. In the framework of the International broadcasting multimedia platform of Ukraine the "UATV" channel was introduced instead of satellite "UTR" TV channel. It is broadcast via three satellites: Amos 3, Azerspace 1, Galazy 19, as well on its own YouTube channel.

The legal basis of the International Broadcasting Multimedia Platform of Ukraine became the Law "On international broadcasting system of Ukraine" developed by MIP, which was signed by the President of Ukraine on 28 December 2015. According to the Law IBMPU is registered as a state enterprise.
