Fluor Announces Closing of Euro Note Offering
OREANDA-NEWS. Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) today announced the closing of a Euro-denominated senior unsecured notes offering in aggregate principal amount of €500 million ($556 million). The notes carry a coupon of 1.75% and are due March 21, 2023.

Merrill Lynch International, BNP Paribas and Cr?dit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank served as joint book-running managers of the offering.
