Zambia Launches their First Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centre
OREANDA-NEWS. Ford Motor Company and Vehicle Centre Zambia Limited the local Ford distributor launched the first Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centre in the country this week in order to provide improved access to quality automotive services and repairs.
Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centres are an initiative of Ford Motor Company, with facilities that offer motorists the option of having professional maintenance performed for minor service items in the shortest amount of time. Quick Lane offers personalized care, quality and value for money.
The new facility, which is located in Twin Palm in the eastern part of Lusaka, caters for Fords as well as other vehicle makes and models.
“There are over 955 Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centres in strategic locations around the world, all of which offer a comprehensive range of vehicle services and light repairs,” said Rob Johnston, Regional Manager Sales and Marketing, Ford Motor Company Sub-Saharan Africa.
“By launching our first Quick Lane in Zambia, we are reinforcing the commitment of Ford and Vehicle Centre Zambia to improving aftersales support to our customers through greater parts and service availability.”
The Quick Lane facilities are manned by qualified and highly trained Ford-certified technicians and Master technicians. The centre is fully equipped to service all Ford vehicles as well as selected other brands and models.
The comprehensive range of vehicle services and repairs include tyre fitment, rotation and wheel alignment; replacement of shock absorbers; brake services; oil and filter change and maintenance; batteries; alternators, starters and electrical services.
Additionally, the Quick Lane Tyre and Auto Centre handles servicing and light repairs for suspension and steering; transmission; wiper blades; air-conditioning; lamps and bulbs; belts and hoses; as well as cooling system maintenance.
