Due to the ruling of the Court of Arbitration of the city of Moscow, dated 20 February 2016, with regard to case No. А40-3844/2016-66-6 on recognising insolvent (bankrupt) the credit institution Commercial Bank of Development, limited liability company, (Bank of Russia Registration No. 3364, date of registration - 11 April 2001) and appointing a receiver in compliance with Clause 3 of Article 18927 of the Federal Law 'On the Insolvency (Bankruptcy)', the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-834, dated 14 March 2016) to terminate from 15 March 2016 the activity of the provisional administration of the credit institution Commercial Bank of Development, limited liability company, appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-3593, dated 14 December 2015, 'On the Appointment of the Provisional Administration to the Credit Institution Commercial Bank of Development, Limited Liability Company, or CB CBD BANK LLC (the city of Moscow) Following Revocation of Its Banking Licence'.
