Walker Greenbank: Appointment of Managing Director of Manufacturing
Paul's appointment is the latest in a number of newly created roles, strengthening the operational management and organisational structure of the Company. During last year a Group Design Director, a Group Marketing Director and a Group Licensing Director were appointed.
Paul has 25 years of operational management experience in a wide range of manufacturing industries. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer of Lily's Kitchen, a premium pet food brand, prior to which he was Chief Executive Officer of Germains Seed Technology, an agricultural technology division of Associated British Foods plc.
Following an engineering degree at Durham University, Paul became a Manufacturing Manager and Project Engineer at Unilever plc and subsequently worked at companies including PepsiCo Inc and St Ives plc. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.
In his role as Walker Greenbank's Managing Director of Manufacturing his responsibilities will include the development of a medium to long term growth strategy for the Company's manufacturing operations, which represent a key part of the Company's business.
