Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release saying "the Bank was held administratively liable by the National Bank under Article 214, part 1 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code according to the Resolution of Almaty Specialized Interdistrict Administrative court dated March 1, 2016".
