Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), global leader in customer management, revealed the expansion of their business in Costa Rica with a hiring commitment to support their growing customer service and technical operations. This expansion will help Convergys build upon its current staff by adding approximately 500 new highly specialized jobs in Customer Service, IP networking, IT Service Administration, Microsoft and Virtualization Technologies. Interested candidates must be fully proficient in English. Portuguese proficiency is also a plus.
Convergys will be hiring at ExpoEmpleo this 17, 18 and 19th of March at Antigua Aduana (Stand 202).  The company invites the public to also participate in the lecture “Technical Assistance in Costa Rica: A market of opportunities” that will be presented by expert engineers on the 19th at 1:30pm, Salon 2. Participants will be able to hear about the needs of the market, perspectives and options for an effective career path, and will be able to ask questions about the different options available for technology lovers.
