OREANDA-NEWS. March 16, 2016. McGraw Hill Financial's (NYSE: MHFI) 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 27, 2016, at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

Charles "Ed" Haldeman, Jr., Chairman of the Board, will preside over the meeting and
