OREANDA-NEWS. The VTB Supervisory Council has announced the date for the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) will 24 June 2016.

The annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in the Oktyabrsky Big Concert Hall at 6 Ligovsky Prospekt, St Petersburg.

The list of shareholders eligible to participate in the AGM will be compiled based on VTB Bank’s shareholder register as of 6 May 2016. Registration of AGM participants will begin at noon on 24 June 2014, and the meeting will begin at 2 pm.

The meeting announcement, agenda and materials will be published on the VTB website and communicated to the shareholders through the nominal holder within the statutory period.
