OREANDA-NEWS. Since the beginning of March, the Korean brands Hyundai and KIA at the same time increased the recommended prices for the majority of their models in the Russian market. Among the models that became more expensive there are also bestsellers of both brands - Hyundai Solaris and KIA Rio.

As the newspaper "AvtoSreda" writes, now the base version of "Solaris" costs 575 900 rubles (an increase is 1.7%), and "Rio" will cost no less in March than 601 900 rubles (plus 2.8% to the previous price list) . Given that the price of the model Rio now actually begins from 601,900 rubles, KIA, by using a variety of promotions and offers, show the initial price of 515 700 rubles.

As previously reported by "AUTOSTAT", by the results of January Hyundai Solaris remains the best-selling foreign car in Russia with 5626 sold cars (-31.5%). The second result among foreign models was shown by KIA Rio - 3553 sold cars (-31.4%).
