OREANDA-NEWS. At the last KAMAZ Board of Directors in Moscow it was summed up the preliminary results of group of companies PJSC "KAMAZ" for 2015.

Totally, for 2015 it was sold 29704 of ready trucks "KAMAZ": among them it was delivered more than 23.1 thousand units to the Russian market, for export – 6600 units. According to preliminary data, the total revenue for 2015 was 96.3 billion rubles, which is less by 12.9% than in 2014. In 2016, the company plans to increase revenue up to 112.1 billion rubles, informed the press service of KAMAZ.

In addition, it was determined the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC "KAMAZ" - June 24th, 2016, and it was also discussed a number of issues, proposed for inclusion in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. There were approved for the election the lists of candidates for members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission. It was approved the number of transactions, in which there is an interest.
