OREANDA-NEWS. Ezdan Holding Group is pleased to announce opening  door for the nomination of the Board of Directors in the new session to fill a number of (11) seats, as of Thursday morning , 10th March 2016 until 12:30 p.m. on Thursday 17th March 2016 as a deadline for accepting nomination papers, for a period of three years commencing from the date of election of the board of Directors.

The members will be elected in the Group’s General Assembly which will be held on Sunday 27/3/2016  at 4:30 pm in the La Perla located in Ezdan Hotel Tower in Dafna, In case the quorum of the above meeting is not met, the second meeting shall be held in the same place and time on  Monday  11/04/2016.
