OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has affirmed its 'AA-' credit rating on Prime Finance LLC's series 01 bonds (Reg. No. 4-01-36424-R, ISIN code: RU000A0JU179). The outlook for the rating is Stable.' Prime Finance LLC's bond issue was first assigned NRA's credit rating of 'AA-' on Aug. 23, 2013. The rating was affirmed at the same level, with outlook revised to Negative, on Sep. 22, 2015.

The rating is supported by the availability of an irrevocable purchase undertaking from a large investment group, as well as a proper fulfillment of the issuer's debt service obligation.

Rating constraints include the issuer's increased debt burden.
