General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), launched its Customer Experience Platform (CXP), providing a full-range of technology capabilities that will help organizations operate highly scalable and tailorable contact centers. The Platform is the first FedRAMP-compliant cloud-based contact center solution.  It is designed for government agencies and organizations with significant security and privacy requirements. 

The CXP solution incorporates technology developed by Genesys, a leading provider of contact center technology. The solution enables the modernization of contact centers by providing both cloud and on premise deployment options. The platform delivers superior contact center functionality, technology, customer service and enhanced public access.
