Rockwell Collins and Stauder Technologies announce alliance agreement to offer innovative solutions to the worldwide joint

Rockwell Collins and Stauder Technologies have announced a strategic alliance agreement that will bring a wide range of innovative, best of breed, targeting, coordination and communications solutions to the worldwide joint fires defense market. This partnership offers the defense market access to ground-breaking products to meet the demanding requirements of a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
Rockwell Collins is a leader in the joint fires interoperability market and has a proud history of providing digitally aided close air support, digitally aided fires, and precision targeting systems to customers all over the world. Rockwell Collins is the prime contractor for the U.S. Air Force Tactical Air Control Party, Close Air Support System (TACP CASS), the Australian Defence Force Land 17 program, and the United Kingdom Joint Fires program. Rockwell Collins’ joint fires product line has been proven in ongoing operations by several military forces around the world.
Stauder Technologies has a long history of developing integrated digital communication products to ensure precise coordination for the warfighter, including the ability to conduct joint effects targeting and handoff. As the prime contractor for the U.S. Marine Corps’ Target Location, Designation and Handoff System (TLDHS), Stauder has delivered over 1,000 StrikeLink® systems to Joint Terminal Air Controllers, Joint Forward Observers and Air Officers. Stauder’s Joint Edge Communications Link (JECL®) digital interoperability engine, combined with the Hyde™ communications smart hub, form the key enabling technologies to several ground and airborne products, including StrikeLink®, Gusto® and the Harrier’s Advanced VMF Terminal (AVT).
