OREANDA-NEWS.  Interim consolidated report of AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“ covering twelve months of 2015.

During the twelve months of 2015, the Group consisting of AB „Grigeo Grigiškės“, UAB „Grigeo Baltwood“, AB „Grigeo Klaipėdos kartonas“, PAT „Mena Pak“ and UAB „Grigeo Recycling“ achieved the consolidate sales turnover of EUR 103.3 million. It is by EUR 3.8 million or 4% more than during the twelve months of 2014.

During the same period in question, the Company's sales amounted to EUR 54.1 million, which is by EUR 5.7 million or 12% more than in the same period last year.

During the reporting period, the Group earned EUR 8.4 million profit before taxes, which is by EUR 0.9 million or 13% more than in the same period last year.

During the twelve months of 2015, the Company earned EUR 2.9 million profit before taxes, which is by EUR 0.7 million or 19% less than in the same period last year.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of the Group and Company, if compared with the twelve months of 2014, increased by 15% and 5%, respectively: during the twelve months of 2015, EBITDA of the Group was EUR 18.3 million, of the Company EUR 8.4 million.

The Group and Company achieved planned financial indicators.
