Following the application by the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency on early termination of its functions of the provisional administration of the Joint-stock Commercial Bank INVESTMENT TRADING BANK (public joint-stock company) (Bank of Russia Registration No. 2763, date of registration - 28 March 1994), the Bank of Russia took a decision (Order No. OD-654, dated 24 February 2016) to terminate from 27 February 2016 the functions of the provisional administration of the Joint-stock Commercial Bank INVESTMENT TRADING BANK (public joint-stock company) the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency performs under Bank of Russia Order No. OD-2267, dated 27 August 2015, 'On Appointing the State Corporation Deposit Insurance Agency to Perform the Functions of the Provisional Administration of the Moscow-based Joint-stock Commercial Bank INVESTMENT TRADING BANK (public joint-stock company) or JSCB Investtorgbank (PJSC)'.
