Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press-release stating that "the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan brought the Bank to administrative responsibility under part 2 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code in form of a fine according to a Resolution on imposing an administrative sanction under a case of administrative violation of February 22, 2016".
