RusRating cancels ISU Investitsii v Buduscheye credit rating
OREANDA-NEWS. RusRating has cancelled the credit rating assigned to the ISU Investitsii v Buduscheye mortgage participation certificates. The rating was "CC" on the national scale with a stable outlook.
The rating was cancelled due to the absence of sufficient information to evaluate the securities in accordance with the agency’s methodology, as required by section 5, article 12 of Federal Law No. 222 dated 13.07.2015 “On the operations of credit rating agencies in the Russian Federation, changes to article 761 of the Federal Law ‘On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)’ and the repeal of certain provisions of Russian Federation legislation”.
