OREANDA-NEWS. Ministry of Economy and Commerce has issued a decision to apply financial penalty of One Million Qatari Riyal against Medicare Group(Q.S.C.);in accordance with Clause (324) of Commercial Corporates’ Law issued by decree No. (11) for the year 2015; and that company’s administration is in the process of filing necessary legal proceedings to counter this decision.
