OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company Amanat JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of having received a statement of claim:

"1. The statement of claim submitted on December 21, 2015 to Aktobe court No.1 by Nazgul Duisenbekova, received by the Company on February 18, 2016 regarding the recovery of a material damage amount to the total amount of KZT336,698".
