OREANDA-NEWS. TPC Group lowered operating rates at its butadiene plant in Port Neches, Texas on 20 February, after a pin hole leak was discovered in a process line, according to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

The line was de-inventoried to facilitate repairs.
