OREANDA-NEWS. KazTransOil JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in an official letter informed KASE of decisions of the Board of Directors of February 18, 2016:

"1. To set the composition of the Company's Management Board at the number of 8 persons.

2. To elect Erken Aimurzaev a member of the Company's Management Board as of February 19, 2016 for the term of office, determined for the Company's Management Board.

3. To elect Murat Mukashev a member of the Company's Management Board as of February 22, 2016 for the term of office, determined for the Company's Management Board".
